@mara51506 I am so sorry to read about your stomach bug and having to miss your treatments. I pray it is a minor one and will pass quickly.
I too have been concerned about @irishlove and @eleanora but I do understand that sometimes we need the rest and break from reading and posting often.

@threetree, it’s good to keep our Sisters in mind if we haven’t heard from them in a while. I also have @mkestrel on my mind.. I just feel in my. Heart that occasionally we all need to tak a break once in awhile, especially on the days we aren’t feeling well or something new comes up with our health isssues. Those are the times I just can’t get my mind to concentrate on any kind of communication here, mostly because I’m too down emotionally and physically. So I guess we all need to that space sometimes.💗

@seeq My MO ordered mammograms for me after 8 years of treatment. I was kind of gobsmacked but she explained mammograms see things that may not turn up on other imaging. I don't think mine did but maybe this is a new trend in treatment.
@mara51506 Sorry you had to cancel your infusion appointment. Hope you feel better soon.

@seeq my Oncologist Ordered yearly mammogram’s of my remaining right breast for years after my stage IIIA cancer treatments in 2009 finished because He always followed up with me for labs every 6 months up until 2022 with my Stage IV bone met Dianosis…… then in 2024 he ordered mammograms again for the right remaining breast…..Very dense calcifications. They did a diagnostic ultrasound and told me I had LCIS but it’s not cancer NO surgery just 6 month surveillance……I met with my original breast surgeon and oncologist who both reassured me. So I dug up the written result letter on MY Chart and the letter reads the same way…..
We are pleased to inform you that the results of your recent Right Breast Screening Mammogram and Ultrasound on 8/13/24 shows no sign of breast cancer. IMPRESSION: There is no mammographic or sonographic evidence of malignancy in the RIGHT breast. Routine annual screening is suggested. Status post LEFT mastectomy. BI-RADS CATEGORY 1: NEGATIVE
So I was due for my next one in August, but I was recovering from the 2 hospital stays this past summer. I’m so tired of so many medical appointments. I’m already booked the end of October with my Neurologist for Pain management Radio-frequency ablation for my cervical spine…Ugg, and my Pulmonologist and oncologist & treatment November 3 ……Medical appointments free weeks are a God send😉
