    Hi to all

Haven't been here in a few days. Had a busy weekend. Had to work on Saturday...I try to put in as much overtime as I can to keep up with my bills but I still have money probs. Sunday morning I started back to teaching at CCD (sunday school) I have been doing it for years...this year I am teaching 4th grade. Last year I had to stop after about 4 weeks cause I was doing chemo and I just couldn't keep up  with it...so I am so tickled to be able to get back to it now. I love it so much!!!

Went to my cousin's surprise 50th on Sunday afternoon...great party...then went to the boardwalk for a relaxing walk and had a great big ice cream cone...so delicious!!!

    Sue--prayers for your cousin

    Peter--good luck with stress test

Margaret--I will keep your coworker in my prayers. How great that she has you to help her get thru this

Z-great pic of you and good luck with the model contest

    Suz,congrats on walking the race

    Brenda, are you ok?

Charlene, hope your boobies are feeling better and Audrey too

Cheri, beautiful post!!! You are such a beautiful, heartwarming person--

Lisa, great pic of you and the gang

Wild/Jan, tears and prayers for you and son--oh and I just saw update---what a handsome boy you have!! and congrats to him!!

    Elaine, welcome home

Thanks to those who have noticed that I haven't posted in a few days. My knee pain is subsiding and I am walking with less of a limp now.

I have to go back and finish reading. Just to let you know, I haven't had much problems with this new stuff--it is getting easier to navigate and I think I am getting used to it.

Love to all from A to Z. Have a good restful night.

    Hugs and prayers,

    Candie

Lini you don't feel them cause you're always shking rattling and rolling! (In a good way)

Well I feel better today but am still pretty sore. So I think the antibiotics are starting to kick in. I follow up with both the Onc and Dr. Hickman tomorrow then it's on to chemo. Feeling lots of aches and pains and thnik it may be because I was out of the L-glutamine. That stuff is expensive but seems to help with the muscles and neuropthy. I have the powder I just get tired of trying to fill the capsules. So I ordered and machine (thing that hold 24 capsules so they can be filled at the same time, but it's not really a machine) so that I won't spend have my time getting exhausted filling them one by one. It's much cheaper to buy the powder, but since I don't drink shakes or smoothies and it's really gritty mixed with juice, I had bought the pills. But those are now gone and I have to go back to the powder.

Donna, your card did make me laugh. A gal at work brought that very same card in today! I didn't know who the gal was either cause I didn't watch SNL either.

Amy, Liz, and Denise, I went into the garage to find the paint - It is by Dulux - Pro Premium 1200, Special Brazil Nut.  Numbers on it are:  1200-0110N, Wht TB & 31/07, OXR1P56, BLK3P8, YOX 10P60.  Have no idea what all those numbers mean but there you have it.  I hate to tell you though that this paint looks best when you set it off with white crown molding, and some of the rooms have the ceiling that is a half tint so I guess it's blended with more white.  I think if you on Dulux's website you can order color samples for free.

Colleen - Big hugs to you sweet friend.  I'm sorry you're feeling so down.  I just wish I could make that feeling go away for you.

Neesie - You're right, after my exchange surgery in January I can look forward to a new me and a better year.  I am really looking forward to spring time.

BMD - So cavalier about the earthquakes!  I guess you get used to them huh!  Those margaritas go down so easy!  LOL

Lini - Good to see you, wish you'd come around more often!

Candie -  I'm glad to hear your knee pain is subsiding.  Do you live that close to the beach?  If so I'm jealous!

CY - Wow, you make your own pills too!  My goodness girl, I don't know how you do it!  I'm happy to hear you're feeling a little better.  Take it easy now.

Cheri - What is wrong with your PCP?! Maybe you can fire him and find a new one!  We should Not have to suffer the pain!  I feel for you, PT must be sooo very hard.

Suz -  Sounds like a beautiful walk along the lake for the Race for the Cure.  I may like to do that sometime when I'm feeling better.  I  know I couldn't handle all that walking now!

BooSue - The cyber monster is still lurking at BCO, for shame!  This upgrade should have taken care of that!

Christine - Are you using the little picture icon to insert your image code into?  Try using the Direct Link instead of the IMG code from TinyPic.  I always use Direct Link and it never fails me.

Well I've been up way too long and am going to try and get some sleep before getting up to get Audrey off to school.  I feel like I reached the mountain top of pain and am slowly descending.  The pain is still there but not as bad as yesterday.

    Everyone from A - Z have a great day.

    Love&Hugs,

    Charlene

    Have a wonderful day!

Charlene, hope today has less pain for you. The closest beach is just 1 hour away from me and that is a good thing. I just love the beach!! My dream is to retire to the Jersey shore one day.

Just flying by to wish everyone a good day.  This morning I got up and my laptop had ants on it!  I still can't find out where the ants are coming in; it's driving me crazy as I only see one or two at a time now, enough to know they are there but not enough to figure out where they are.

Suz, my coworker is 32; I talked to her yesterday and she said there is a mom at her son's preschool that is going through it for the second time and she's about the same age.

Brenda, earthquake huh?  We don't feel the ones you get.  We haven't had one for a few months.

    Candie, where do you live?

CY, you must have got the card with Rosanna Danna - about having a bad day?  You amaze me.

Christine, thanks.  The wedding was a lot of fun. I think you are using the wrong link when you copy and paste from Photobucket - use the direct link one instead of the image one.

Charlene, glad the pain seems to be subsiding.

Time to check the Hamptons.  Have a good da.

    Good Morning all,

Hope everyone is doing well.  We are still hot here in the south.  it was 93 degrees here yesterday.  Somebody please tell Alabama that it is fall.

margaret-thanks for those numbers on the paint.  Hopefully I can track it down with that and check it out.

Cheri-Nice visual of you driving.  I know you can do it.  Might want to call the state police and warn them though,,lol.

Jan-no rain in sight here.  This has been one dry summer.  My garden had decided to kick back in on some things.  I think because it was so hot this summer it is thinking now is the time to start doing cantalopes and such.  Who knows.  I was surprised to see them out there and hoping they continue.

Boo/sue-I sure hate when I lose a post and cant for the life of me go back and type another one.  I was hoping the monster would be gone.

Christine-you sure work some late hours.  I guess thats the restaurant business though.

    Lisa-great pics, thanks for posting.

BMD-I have only felt one earthquake and it was just weird.  I guess you get used to them though, especially the small ones.  gotta love those margaritas.  SO and myself shared a pitcher last night.

ok off to get some work done.

Good morning Circle. My Home Infusion nurse just left with bloodwork that I'm praying will be better than mondays. My BP was up again but there's several reasons for that. I really like my nurse she calls me with info so I don't have to sit here and wonder. She said as soon as blood results came back she'd call and she was going to try and call the dr office and see what they're gonna do. Come to find out my white count Isn't high, it is low! So that puts a new spin on things. I don't know what they're going to do, I'll just have to go with the flow whatever it is.

Didn't take notes this morning just didn't feel like it. But I did want to post. I'm a little self-absorbed right now but I'll come out of it. I always do.

Glad to see you all posting. We have a few new girls and that's great.

Amy, I can probably drive better than I can walk. LOL  I have done it for months before this. Just gotta pay close attention,

You know, I haven't had a cigarette since April 11th and I really, really want one today. Badly. I just can't hardly stand it.

I'll be back with a better post later in the day when I feel better and will say something to all my friends here.

Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Where the hell is my post!

Don't tell me that I am so lame that I didn't hit submit..............okay much shortened version.

Home from Dentist...see how long I can stay away this time.

Cheri:  LOW WBC..........could be part of the reason you have such a nasty infection.   Those are the little buggers that are supposed to help keep us healthy!  You are not being self centered..........and you will be healthy!

Margaret: If I didn't tell you Thank You for the paint name.....Thank you!  Also, found the pics of SD wedding.  You all look so nice.........a very good looking family!  Your dress is beautiful and so are you.............I know you looked better than the ex!

Cherylnc:  Here is a big hug for you{{{{{Cheryl}}}}}.  I think your appt will show all is fine..........I don't know the norm or average for the CA15..but I'm sure someone on here does.

Amy:  Just hung up from talking to the weather man............asked him to cool things down in Alabama for you...........hope it works!  We keep bouncing back and forth from 60's to 80's..............I'm thinking just keep it in the 70's year round!

To all who have posted and I have not mentioned..........Odalys, Charlene, Zazette, Candie, WildJan.................Hope all is well with you.  I'm running out of time seeing I had to re-post part of my last post!

Hope to see you hear or in the Hamptons this evening!

    Hey circle family,

I haven't been posting much here or at the Hamptons lately.  Have the flu in a major way but had to pop in and say hello.

Looks like things are improving here. I will admit that for a while coming here made me sad.  I don't know how to explain it but so much happened (that our wonderful moderators took care of) and then the big change came about and I guess I got a bit lost.  I know that change is sometimes a good thing but the change here threw me for a bit of a loop...felt like they took my house and turned it upside down.

Nessie...I so love your posts.  I'll be in the Hamptons this evening.

Christine...hello to you...hmmm...haven't seen you at the Hampton.

Has anyone seen our Casino Girl Donna?

Margaret...the pictures are beautiful...you are beautiful and I love the dress.

Cheryl...sending you a hug and a xanex...better living through drugs...thats my motto.  Let us know all is well ok.

    (((Colleen)))

hey to Candie, Odalys, Z, WildJan, oh...everyone...time for me to hit the couch again and snooze till Nate gets home.

Love and hugs all around and I'll be back

Cheri, you are being tested.  Hang tough girl.  You will come out of this, and you have done so great by not having a cigarette.  Don't let this setback sidetrack you.

Denise, thanks for the compliment.  I am proud of my family.  The funny thing is the girls look more like me than they do their own mom.  Hope you can get the paint sample so you can see it.

Vickie, I hope you are feeling better soon.  I had the cold that everyone was getting but the airbone zapped it so I only was sick for one day.  I know what you mean about turning the house upside down - I felt like they moved the furniture and forgot to tell me and I was walking around in the dark trying to find everything.  Still not the way it was though.

Good evening Circle. Hope everyone had a good day. My infusion nurse called me back and my White Cell Blood Count was normal from today. Now go figure that. So maybe all is not lost after all. Turns out it wasn't High WBC is was Low. I'll just have to see what the dr says on friday afternoon. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get to come off these darned IV meds. My port is just about to clog up and I don't want any problems with it. But it was good news about the WBC.

Margaret, you are always so supportive and I appreciate that very much.

Charlene, I live in a small town and there's only one PCP here so I go to him out of convenience. I am going to fire him but I wanted to wait until I could get around on my own cos any new dr I get will be 35 miles away.

Cherylnc, thanks for the pep talk, I needed it. My liver enzymes always have shown up high. All the way through chemo and still. I think you'll be fine.

    Neesie, thanks.

Vickie, hope you start feeling better. I hate it that you're sick.

Z, thanks for support on the non smoking. Man that is one tough addiction to quit but I guess you know that. Let me help out a fellow smoker. I smoked for 30 yrs. and 3 packs a day! I quit cold turkey. Yep, I still can't believe it. Z, I read a book. You're supposed to continue to smoke until you finish the book and by then I was ready to throw them down!! I was enthusiastic, I have to go back and read a few places I marked once in awhile. LOL Read this book with an open mind. It helped me so much, it may not help you but it's sure worth a try if you really want to quit. It's called "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr. cost you about $14. Read it with an open mind.I haven't so much as had a cheater puff off a cigarette but it has been tough and still is. I had a big ole habit! LOL Good luck.

Hey to Candie, Nicki, BMD, Janny, Marsha, Amy, Jazz, Susan, Carrie, Denise, Gus, Boo, Iris, Shirley, Sheri,Karen, Colleen, Brenda, Gina, Christine, Donna, Odalys, gee I can't think of anyone else and I know thats not everyone.

    Wishing you an enjoyable evening.

Cherylnc, Socal, Margaret, thank you for all your support. I really appreciate it. I'm not going to smoke after all this time I just won't let me, but Lisa I know what you mean about the smoke smelling so good. My dh and Amber both smoke around me. GRRRR

I'm making this short since I posted not long ago. CherylCY just called me and she's in the hospital. They put her in due to her port infection and put her on IV antibiotics. If you'd like to give her a call I have her # at the hospital if you want to email or pm me she said it was ok to give it out. It makes such a difference to get calls from friends when you're laying there in a hospital bed. Believe me, I know. You all called me and kept me going, so if you have the time she could use the support. She sounds really good and keeping her spirits up, but then that's Cheryl. LOL
