Sad to see Andy go, I did like him. I am also sick of Marks "looks" tooI guess he is just a little too creative for my taste. I thought the immunity was contrived as well and Bindi and Derek did deserve better scores and I hated the dance off and yes I'd love to dance with Derek but not to the extent that he'd make my feet look like they belong to Quasimoto Happy

Carrie Ann never liked Andy. And I thought he improved over the weeks. He seemed like a better dancer than Alek, who really didn't do much in his dance this week other than showcase Lindsay as a dancer. But Andys celeb partner Allison is pregnant, so I wonder if eliminating him was an effort to make sure nothing happened with the pregnancy with the increased level of practice and difficulty of the show's requirements and long hours, ect. I think the judges are told in a round about way what needs to happen and they act accordingly.

I do miss Len! There's a certainty something missing without him.

He was an old school class act & I think that is what is missing.

i feel I'm unity was very contrived. They know Bindi is safe so they made sure she didn't win it. And those feet are dancers feet. If you looked at any dancers feet those are normal for dancers. Sigh. What people sacrifice for their art.

    Much love

Just read Tamar Braxton is in the ER with pneumonia, she may not dance, if so she will have to forfeit

I won't say who was voted off in case any of the West Coast ladies are peeking, but BOOOO.....rotten ending!!!!!

    My take on the dances:

*Alex-I think he has gone as far as he can.

    * Alexa-stunning routine. For once, Mark was completely 'on' with the costuming, choreography etc. The dance well deserved it's perfect scores

*Carlos-as the judges said, good technique but didn't really grab me

    * Bindi-lovely, moving, perfectly executed

    * Tamer- did it seem that Val was not only disappointed because she was ill, but that maybe she hadn't really been focusing very well the whole season?

    * Nick- fun routine, I enjoyed it

    Duo Dance Grades:

    Carlos & Alex-C

    Bindi & Alexa- A

    Nick & Tamer-B

Yes Booooo. Ruth I was so confused by Val's comments, I too thought he was berating her, whatever she showed up so you've got to give her props for that, pneumonia is nothing to scoff at, so good job Tamar even though she has a million jobs she lives by the 'the show must go on' rule. Agree with your scoring on the duo dances, and yes think it's time for Alex to end his run. Now I have to go vote, I have forgotten the past two weeks!!!!

I'll list what I didn't like first, then get to the likes. First, I agree, rotten elimination! Someone I expected and would have liked to see in the finals.

I do not like how Kim Zolciak and Tamar Braxton allow their health to be ruined by the hectic schedules. It doesn't impress me, it seems more a way to keep the drama surrounding themselves. It was weird how they didn't mention pneumonia at first, just that Tamar went to the ER. I feel all of that was staged by Tamar to gain sympathy. And because she figures she can't win, so it's a way to save face "well, I was sick". I don't like her raspy voice when she's sick..and she has a very weird stare into the distance when she dances...no connection to Val.

Re: Alexa. Sorry, I'm getting tired of all the body issue stories from young starlets and they think it's so revelatory to say they suffered from anorexia. Yeah, you and about a gazillion other women. Yet none of the stories, seem to make any other women stop the madness of starving themselves to look thin. I'm just being honest here. I really didn't care for her routine.

    Erin Andrews plunging neckline-no thanks.

Okay, the good stuff: Bindi. She is a vision to watch. I can't believe it. Loved her and Derek. Also loved the All that Jazz number, it was one of my all time favorite group dances. Spectacular!

Nick wasn't too bad either. I thought Juliane looked lovely, her hair style with the strapless soft grey gown with muted pink embellishments. Sharna looked stunning in that first dance, so elegant yet so sexy with the red hair and blue gown. I think even my husband took notice.

I'm going to go vote now

Exactly what I was thinking MrsM, with regards to Tamar. She thinks she's the best dancer?? Hello? Not a chance & she knows it. I feel she's using a trip to ER to make excuses for not dancing well. Hated the elimination...

Just caught this on a tweet from local news. Tamar Braxton has dropped out of DWTS. Has bilateral pulmonary emboli. This is one of many links, just caught my eye first. Don't particularly care for her but good golly wouldn't wish this on her. Praying she recovers fully.

    http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/11/entertainment/tamar-...

Now the elimination of Alexa seems really dumb.

I just saw this too, I am wondering if they'll bring Alexa back or no elimination next week. People just don't realize how deadly pneumonia can be, I had it last year and it took months to feel like myself and I have a friend who has just spent a month in hospital as she ended up with an abscess in her lung from pneumonia.

Terrible news! So sorry to hear about it and hope for a full recovery for her. It remains to be seen what the show decides to do. Tamar never should have left the hospital to do that last dance. I just don't like how she put show business ahead of her health. I think it was reckless and unwise of her.

This season has had its share of twists and turns. The jockey, the TV cook personality and the aging reality show celebrity all seem like distant memories at this point.

Ok, so I will take back my nasty comment about Tamar, but I still feel like she is trying to get sympathy. I agree, putting show business before your health isn't very good, but I think there's a lot of stress to perform no matter what. I hope they bring back Alexa as well.

Yikes, that is bad. I guess they need to add a rule that if you end up in the hospital, you are not allowed to perform on that same day anyway.....

It will be interesting to see what they do next. Even though I didn't think Alexa should have been voted off, I don't know that it is a good prescient to start bringing back eliminated contestants. Could open a can of worms.

Another enjoyable entertaining evening. I was impressed with Alex, his first dance, the patriotic one, was just terrific. His trio I really liked as well. For a guy who was simply in the military then through these twists of fate ends up on DWTS, it's crazy that he's done so well. And is there something going on with he and Emma???

Bindi: I'm not even sure why but I got tears during her first dance and even the trio, both were incredible and the dance-off dance was, too. I think her femininity and sexuality seem fresh and new and interesting perhaps because she's not American born and bred. She's definitely her own person and every bit as confident as Derrick and Mark. My only slight complaint is I wish they wouldn't show so much of the dance in the practice clips they show ahead of the night's performance.

I love the trio dances, they never fail to impress. Carlos doing the Charleston was excellent and Carrie Ann shoulda gave him a 10. I notice she gets a little burr up her butt against some of these guys and won't cut them any slack.

Nick, whoa, he had swagger in his trio and I would like to have seen that attitude from him the whole season. I just love how the celebs bounce off of two professionals, always great chemistry.

Ha ha and great ending to the show......they had me worried there!!!! Lol

I enjoyed the whole show too. Terrific trio dances.

I am surprised that Nick has so much trouble when he has a dancing background. Alex is back up in my high esteem (if nothing else, he definitely has a crush on Emma. Carlos very good, smooth, sexy. Bindi just has that sparkle that puts her on a step above the rest.

ALAS, I have a meeting on Tuesday night. I wonder what time it will be on. They always mess me up when they change their schedule around.

Loved the show last night. Absolutely loved the interaction between Bindi and her brother, he is so much like his Dad he has that same exuberant personality. Carrie Ann had a bee in her bonnet for sure.

DWS is on at it's usual time on Monday & starts an hour later on Tuesday. Since the first hour of the last show is usually fluff, I am contemplating going to my 7pm meeting & telling them that I have to be out of there by 8:30. That way I will be home in time for the last hour.

Great show, all my votes went to Bindi and Derek even though I thought Nick did a great job tonight, Derek really does have his finger on the pulse, that freestyle was magic, pure magic

Yes, enjoyable show. One complaint: Julianne Hough is too long winded. She lacks the showmanship of Len Goodman. After Bindi and Derek danced their amazing quickstep, she needed to say less and add to the level of excitement they'd just created. Instead, she droned on about their ability, which is plain for all to see, and it seemed to dampen the moment. Len knew how to go with the flow, not take away from the energy in the air and could ramp it up by saying less. I am pro women but Carrie Anne and Julianne are too similar in judging style and I think even Tom Bergeron felt like they were dragging the show down with all, their, words.

I loved Alex's freestyle, so different. And Carlos adding Paula Deen, I cracked up! But so sweet. Nick, yes, he is good, but there is a certain pizzazz that he never achieved. I kept waiting all season for him to develop it, but it never happened. He's just a little ho-hum. It surprises me, since he has that show-biz background. I am going to admit, this season I had a bit of a girl crush on Sharna, and I've never really cared for her before. And I enjoyed Meghan Trainer's singing, but that one song she did with the Ariana Grande and that guy singer who was flirting with the other male dancers.......I confess it was a bit much for me! It makes me wonder if the show's producers are trying to see what the reaction will be if they ever do pair two same sex partners on the show as I've heard it rumored from time to time.

I was a bit surprised at the elimination. But I think this is Bindi's much deserved moment. Glad you'll get to see it live, Ruth!

I have already enjoyed the first song. Yes, Sharna is gorgeous in a kind of femme fatale way. I agree about Nick who really should 'click' more with his background. I am routing for Bindi taking first & Alex second. Back to the show!
