Not to worry though, the father leaves a time capsule with appropriate headwear for say...the surrogate mother...

Pay for the cake!   Maybe not so bad if Dianarose will bake it and give me a good price.

Meece - I think I need a rest after just reading about your busy weekend. Whew - not sure how you managed all of that in just a couple of days, AND still do some shopping for alien baby. Congrats to the newly engaged couple. Is there a date set for the big day?

Eli - hope you are totally relaxing and enjoying your abdomen as you know it. I hope that there will not be too much change for you to have to deal with. Maybe I am being naive. Thoughts and best wishes are with you.

WOW! and again I say WOW!  What a party!

I did a 5.5 hour drive Sat AM down to the Sacramento, CA area & attended my 1st IMAX 3D movie, "Oz, the Great & Powerful".  What a trip! Literally & figuratively. Spent the night at my brother's then drove back home yesterday.

E, I know you are supposedly on the thin side (at least that's what you always say...) so the following probably won't pertain, however, if I were the one delivering the alien baby, I would so program the bot to do a complete & total liposuction of my belly, so that I could contemplate the "new" abdomen after surgery.  Please know that we are certainly going to be in the pockets.  Let us hear from you as soon as it is feasibly possible so we know that the launch was effective!

Oh I missed the party, too. I was enjoying feeling my abdomen act up b/c of the anti bs. (not) one last one to take tonight then i am done.

make sure to let the doc know that the alien baby is

E will be thinking of you all day tomorrow. I hope you can back to "normal" too. It will just take a while and we will be with you all the way.

duck dynasty; what won't they make a show about?

Just popping in...getting a kick out of the last few pages of posts which truly has been highlight of my day & wishing E the best delivery ever tomorrow....just wishing I knew exactly WHAT it was she's delivering :)    Thanks Sistas...for the great time!

The prep is going o.k. so far, and I have to say that the Gatorade cocktail goes down better than the previous "mothball" mixture.  I'm as ready as I'll ever be and I know I can do my part tomorrow.  Let's just hope the robot can keep up his end of the deal.  If you don't hear from me again then, paraphrasing from The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, "So long, and thanks for all the Cheetos."

    p.s.  Thanks, RonnieKay.

Elimar, I'm glad the prep is okay.  You're almost ready to launch the little bugger. Sniff that robot and make sure he hasn't been drinking!

I just read an article about da Vinci and he is obviously an outstanding surgeon. Be well and hurry home!

This must be Leonardo... Phase I

Eph - I have tried to view an IMAX film a couple of times. Both times there was some malfunction with the equipment. Guess I'm not meant to see one. Glad you enjoyed the experience.

Mac - hope you get feeling better soon. Crazy how what is meant to help us feel better causes so much grief.

Hi RonnieKay - don't think I have seen you here before. Glad to "meet" you.

Eli - wishing you a restful night. We'll have the cheetos waiting when you return.

Eph, why did you head North yesterday?  I wanted you to keep coming South!

Elimar,  I doubt you'll be reading this any time soon but I hope you or a representative check in ASAP so we know how you are doing.

Okay, I'm here in the pocket.  Don't know for sure what time surgery is, but where I am it is 9AM, so it's still ok to be eating breakfast

Eph - that breakfast looks like it was big enough to share with everyone! I didn't have time for breakfast as I was busy whipping up this batch of cupcakes.

I did happen to catch a glimpse of the pre-op xray - looks like Eli might have snuck in a few cheetos prior to surgery.

Eli - Thinking of you dear sister!

Eli - Hope Da Robot has successfully removed the alien and it is well on its way to Pan-STARRS and out of this universe.  Hoping to hear from you soon.  Love, HUGS and Prayers.

I had a 6 month check up with my dermatologist today. I went in thinking I was going to convince him I could move to yearly check ups and came out with two spots biopsied. I get to go back next week and have the stitches out and discuss tx options.  (and another appt in 6 months). It's always something, isn't it?

Mac, crap! I hope the skin spots turn out not to be too worrisome. Here I was all ready to give you a hard time about the baby with the cheetos.

Mac - hoping that those spots are nothing of great concern and you get to move to yearly checkups soon!

Eli - hope everything went great and you are on your way to healing!

Wishing everyone a happy hump day!

Wow Meece, you managed to get into the nursery for that photo?

Mac, hope the spots are nothing & you are on the mend soon.

Elimar - hope you are recovering nicely.  I know you're glad it's over - now onward & upward! Or is it onward through the fog? OMG, I said that to a boss once when I was driving and got lost...

    These are for you! Smile
