    Happy Birthday, Jo!

Sweet, sorry about your injury and hope you get better soon. I don’t have implants but my recon is wide on the bottom half, less full top half, and I do well with Body by Victoria at Victoria’Secret. I had originally struggled, went to nordstrom’s for a bra fitting and found I needed to go down in band size, up in cup size, and certain styles work. I am intrigued by Third Love, which has in-between sizes, but havent tried.

I have been postponing finishing my taxes since so far, I owe over $4000 with one worker and one soc sec, and no change to income. Last year we got money back. We are getting hit by the limited state and local taxes deduction. Time to move to Florida or Texas.

I have been getting more exercise in during the week but it was cold and dreary yesterday so I did nothing. Go figure, nice during the week and then the weekend comes and winter returns.

So far the 60s have been good :)

Its back to work tomorrow - lots of walking over spring break 24 or 25+K/day - it will be 1/2 that back to work!!!

Thanks for the well wishes on the tendinitis. 98% of the time it’s fine, but when I reach or stretch in certain directions or angles it generates unladylike language 😔.

Was beat today as tossed and turned all night (as did DH) so it was a long Sunday afternoon nap for me after church and lunch.

CO - while I have fairly large implants they pretty well stay put and I can go without a bra too, which I always do at home. Sports bras are more to absorb sweat than support for me. I do still like pretty bras though, and certain shirt fabrics are too revealing of the texture of my scars, plus I have a bit of ‘side-boob’ action that looks better with a good bra (due to carrying extra weight plus some remaining dog-ear tissue even after an early revision to remove). Have been thinking about another revision lately to improve the shape.

Hoping to be an early riser tomorrow to jumpstart the metabolism for the day, probably treadmill or elliptical

Happy Birthday Jo and hope your weekend has been wonderful. Ruth, Astra is darling. HeidiHill, lovely view and our cherry trees just starting to bloom this weekend. Sweet, hope you are better soon.

Mother's day here in the UK. Received Jo Malone fave scent, card, DAB radio and work out top from ds that states on the front: my mom kicks ass. Winking

Wonderful 20-mile ride today in the farmland about 10 miles from here. The sun was out and everyone was smiling including cattle, dogs, horses, and chickens. I saw a field filled with migratory geese who then flew in formation against the blue sky.

Cherry trees were also in bloom. Everything was fragrant with Spring.

Adjusted my bicycle seat once again, so much more fun. Ended the ride at a tasting room I had spied on my way back from skiing. Got to chat with the vintner for quite some time as was the only taster. Great fun and wonderful wine.

Came home to a nap and fragrant bubble bath. Must do more of this. Steak for dinner tonight as stopped for a sale on Wagyu beef. Yum!! - Claire

Happy April 1st - Hard to believe that 1/4 of 2019 is over. First day back from spring today - only 2 more months of the school year, not that I'm counting.

Walking downhill for 40 minutes within an hour after eating has bone benefits (at least for diabetics - not mentioned in the article).

But the fitbit only measures uphill climbs!

My exercise tonight is cleaning my guest bedroom. My guest bedroom is equivalent to a kitchen "catchall" drawer. The good news is I have to clean it tonight because my guests are coming tomorrow. The bad news is I have to clean it tonight because my guests are coming tomorrow. I will count this as a strenuous activity. I have numerous heavy containers I need to move to their correct place. I'm halfway through so I need to get back to work.

2Fun - we go back in the middle of August - that is why we are done early - I would rather start later in August and go a little longer in June - its still HOT and summer in August! I think for the 19-20 school year I start back on August 12!!

heidihill-gorgeous Magnolia. I'm a little tired from cleaning out my guest bedroom. I did promise myself I will never let it get this cluttered again. Of course I know it's a false promise to myself. It's a beautiful morning. I don't have to work today because I'm waiting for family to come in. I'm going to run a couple miles. Have a great day

    Beautiful magnolia blossoms!

I subbed again, grabbed the grand-dogs and met my friend & her Husky in the park. It is lots of work walking a rambunctious, big puppy and a crazy little chihuahua at the same time!!! I then went to a HIIT class, so am now finally home sitting on my couch doing NOTHING!

Ah, yes Heidi Hill, I see..exquisite! Covering a bodybalance/flow class this morning and then attending a moving forward after cancer treatment day-long symposium put on by cancer charity Macmillan. I'm speaking in the afternoon and offering seated yoga and tai chi. Have to shoot out right afterwards as have a class at the spa at 3pm. Good news, my yoga for cancer class has received funding for a year - yay! Happy hump day everyone.

    Great news, Lilac!

I subbed again today (I'm filling in for the same teacher all week so am being the 'real teacher' with all the correcting, figuring out who has late work, organizing etc.). Since it was very nice out, I grabbed the puppies for a walk & then went to Dance2Fit.

Been waking up early - partly because I've been going to bed early, but going to bed early because I've been waking up early!!! What do you do for exercise at 4 or 5 am - too dark outside to walk - no exercise equipment in the house - and DH is sleeping!!! Plus no DVD player...so I guess I'll wait till 6 and pace in the house for 1/2 before I leave for work at 6:45.

Have a great day - its almost Friday!!! Bad thing is my self-evaluation is due tomorrow and I didn't find out till yesterday - it needs to be done prior to end of year evaluation and I forget when mine is!!! Best look at my work calendar.

We are living proof of the importance of exercise! ThumbsUp

More subbing, walking puppies (the new baby needs some extra potty breaks during the day.....and of course, I don't mind), Step, and Yoga. I remember why I had a cleaning lady when I was working full time!

Just put my cycling calendar together. So far eight formal events, including the Tunnel Ride that I did a couple of months ago. Fortunately, I don't have a conflict with the Yakima Canyon Ride this year, so will be doing that in mid-May. I can camp at the vineyard for free, so it should be a fun weekend.

I have tentatively invited myself to Idaho and can't wait to do the long recreation trail there. Not to mention cycle Lopez Island again, which is glorious and fun.

So should be super-fit by the end of the summer. That's my plan. We'll see how it goes. - Claire

Hi Claire- sounds like a great summer. If you make it to Eastern Idaho, give me a shout. Lots of biking over here, whether you want road, gravel, rail to trail, or mountain biking. But pretty far from Seattle.

I might take you up on Nordic skiing, Salsa. Those trails look amazing!

The heavens opened so I bagged the ride. Will do a 5k run in a bit. The time was much better spent doing a laundry detergent run at Safeway and cleaning up/re-organizing in preparation for the needlepoint rug which is coming on Monday. Just love the result!!!

I might sign up for the Tour de Lopez which is at the end of this month. 31 miles followed by a BBQ. We shall see. So many fun things to do, so little time. - Claire

Busy day. Started with an hour treadmill. Nice warm day so then spent about 90 minutes blowing and raking leaves and cleaning flowerbeds. Then hauled the power washer up from the basement and spent another 90 minutes cleaning about 25% of my deck. Now relaxing to an episode of Midsomer Murders before the Michigan State game

Ugh i did a big long post and now it looks like it is not here. I guess i start again. Happy birthday Joe, i am jealous of your nice weather. I heard a speech by a Canadian actress where she said the best decade was while she has been in her 60's, she is 69. Ruth sorry for your loss. Lilac i hope Brexit goes well but interesting to watch all the goings on from here in Canada. I love reading all the posts here. I have been away for a while, started a new job, same org new role and very very busy. I had an endometrial biopsy with was neg, she thinks it was from tamoxifen even though that was for 3 months 1.5 years ago. I have plus plus pain these days, again. Cat scan on the 29th. I became a grandma to a beautiful boy named Max 2 weeks ago. Yesterday my Shih tzu was diagnosed with ALS, poor baby, i am losing lots of sleep. No exercise today, if i feel better i will do my RBG workout tomorrow.

Sorry i could not help with the hay or go to Idaho :).
