Hi ladies, I won't be able to make it tomorrow, still in quite a bit of pain and the meds leave me a little loopy. Been resting and doing gentle stretching that the Dr. recommended, going a little stir crazy, I was so looking forward to seeing all of you. Have a regular appointment with MO on Thursday, was having back pain that was getting worse even before I fell, and of course you know where the mind goes. Say a prayer please, jump in my pocket and no chocolate martinis for me but I'll keep you all supplied. love, Karen

Hi all, I expect to have a rowdy group in my pocket at 3:45, before that we will be in Maureen's pocket, CM's for all of us when we get good results and a raucus Happy Dance at the next luncheon, which I understand is here, Yeah, thank you all for that, I can simply fall out of bed and be there and our gamblers and scope out the new machines and lighting at the casino, I may tag along and use Maureen's tactic $20 and gone when it's gone, or maybe I'll have Betty's luck and win. Betty and Debbie let me know what weekends work in May and I'll work on the next luncheon arrangements. Prayers for you Maureen, going to my go to Prayer granter, the baby Jesus love to all, Karen

My trip to CT to visit my son was wonderful! We had a great week together; went into NYC for a day, went to Yale University to the Art Gallery, did some shopping & watched a few DVD's together. The week went by so quickly. The drive wasn't bad; about 6 hrs. each way. I just needed to get away. My siblings took turns looking after my Mother. I wasn't looking forward to coming back but I had no choice; had to go back to work.

Hi ladies, wonderful news Maureen, we are going to do some happy dance at our next luncheon, such is the power of our collective prayers, I saw the MO today, he ordered a bone scan to check out pain in my lower vertibrae and pelvis, I am going to try to make the appointment at our local hospital tomorrow and some blood work, if it cannot be done locally, we will have to make the trek back to Rochester. Not the news I wanted but as we say put one foot in front of the other and all you have to do for these tests is show up, I ask for your prayers to be strong and calm. love, Karen

HI everyone, went for blood work today that MO wanted, scheduled Bone Scan for April 30 at 10:15, it can all be done locally so it saves us the drive to Rochester. Thank you ladies for all your prayers for strength, calm and NED, I should have the results of Scan in 2 days, Betty - I will be like you calling the office and driving people crazy. It isn't too long to wait though, that is good, I am approaching it as I am just a woman waiting for an appointment, sooo glad I have all of you, I'll expect you in my right pocket and will be pouring CM's down. love, Karen
