I am living in a house its not rental thats why i am living in that situation .we are separated in a same house it is economical and this s the excuse .i told him that we all know wots going on .sometimes when people take you for granted its imp to tell them now you are crossing the limits.it is one of my 2015 rule
how about you ladies did you make any rule or change anything in 2015 .

Less stress and more fun in 2015. That is my new rule! Today was lots of fun! More on that tomorrow.....

Milky - Your situation sounds just like mine was for just one year. My kids knew what was going on, too, so it was not a good situation for them either. I agree with the rule you made for 2015. For 2015, all I did was promise myself to finalize this divorce and find a source of income. Of course, that's going to happen, anyway, whether I promised myself or not. lol

hi ladies, well sister had a hard day she was in bed most of the day it seems the last chemo was very strong and she has one more this Tuesday. Which is supposed to be the last one then surgery I hope all turn out ok.
Milky you are so strong and kind. I honestly couldn't handle the situation as well as you do. Sending you hugs and strength. Hope the man comes to some sense and leave you and your kids. It's not healthy for you to deal with him.

Enerva- good luck with the open house today. Glad you are still plugging away at your real estate dream. Keeping your sis in my prayers to get through this and get better!
Went to the botanical gardens yesterday. All the fruit trees in bloom. Here is a pic of one I believe is an ornamental pear tree.

hi ladies so here is Monday again . Well I must sayvthe open house was fun lol I really like that job. Many people came but I am not sure if any body will call me to represent them. Who knows everyone seemed to like me lol so I felt great cuz it was as if they were talking to a friend I enjoyed the only issue was that there was no phone hooked to the intercom so I had to stay at the lobby them bring people up lol but it was ok I did not mind at all. I hope some people will call me I made friends with two seniors who showed me their units and they are thinking about maybe selling so it could be potential clients? Ha ha ha I had a great time and that's what matters.
I enrolled in my next two courses. Took one correspondence cuz it's the mortgage and finance one and since I took a similar course before I feel I shoulders ok to do it on my own. Next one is the commercial real estate and thatvthe classes will be Tuesday and Thursdayevenings and Saturday morning till 1pm. My exam for the correspondence one is may 16. And the commercial on June 27. Hope I manage. Also found this exercise wanted to share with you, it looks easy but it's not lol I couldn't manange it. Maybe you guys have better luck.

Enerva - I'm sorry your sister isn't feeling well. But, if tomorrow is her last treatment before surgery, that's good news. Please keep us posted.
June - I hope you're feeling better soon, too.
0 -
life thanks. Tomorrow will be my sister last chemo and in two weeks the doctors will decide the surgery date. She had her blood test today and all seems to be ok she hasn't feel well for a few days now. I think it's due to the chemo I remember the last chemo did a # on me too. Hopping tmw all goes well I ll keep all of you on the loop. Thanks you all for thinking of my sister.
I wish this is all over soon.
Good night all
Jazz I can't keep up with the insomnia tread I am so behind

Enerva- okay, skip the exercise, just Fed Ex me those ladies legs!
Actually, I have been working out with bench pressing and kettle bells with my trainer and have gotten my legs pretty firmed up, but there is some lingering stuff around the top that is well, there! Wed I will see her again and we are doing abs, abs and more abs!
And why wouldn't anybody just love you, dear? It sounds like you really had a great time on Sunday, and hope some good things come from the day. It sounds like you are getting back to working on the real estate classes and tests that you need to get finished. You are staying busy, but working towards your dream, which is good!
BB- how did the trip to the orthodontist go?
I have a pot of soup simmering and getting ready for an early morning networking meeting.
Hoping everyone else here got through their monday okay. Hi to those lurking and around the globe.

One of the best articles I have ever read about life after cancer treatment. I think we will all see ourselves in this article on some level.
http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/03/16/lost-in-t...

With regard to that article Jazzy posted... It must be very difficult to have to deal with cancer at such a young age. (The writer was diagnosed at age 22.)
I used to talk with another BC patient during chemo treatments, and we both felt so sorry for the very young patients there. One was a woman diagnosed with BC at age 22; she was now 29 and having treatment for a recurrence. A few others were young mothers who brought their infants or young children along to treatment.
0 -
Life- I agree with you about those who get diagnosed so young and have to live with the fear of reoccurrence the rest of their lives. I know women who get bc in their 20s and 30s don't do well. How sad about that young woman who had it so early and now it is back.
0 -
Jazzy - I don't know how that young woman at our treatment center is doing now. I don't know if she survived, but she was being treated by one of the top specialists in our area. So, I hope she did well.
I also know of two women diagnosed in their early thirties, and they're still cancer-free now around 25 years later. :-)

Life- I have a second cousin who got BC in her 30s during a pregnancy and think she is almost to her five year mark. I know they throw everything and the kitchen sink at those who get diagnosed earlier. I hope that young woman you knew is doing okay now.

wow jazz, I agree 100 % with all this girl said. Only we survivors we know exactly what she means.
I also feel lost now, I see others and they look at me as if I am the same person but I don't feel I am I live in a fake me now. It is hard to describe it but I can just say that lady nailed it.
Good night all
I am so disappointed cuz sister s Dr said he ll give her another chemo before deciding whether to do surgery or rad.it is all a big game for Drs I am so sick of everything.
0 -
Enerva- I am sorry to hear about your sister maybe having to do another chemo. I assume they must be trying to shrink something before they go in. It's all a damned crap shoot with no guarantees. I hope things get better for your sister. I know you continue to be worried......
I posted that link on a few of my threads and many of the women commented how right on that article was about trying to find life after cancer treatment. I think what resonated most for me was how you get dragged through cancer treatment and tossed out on the other side. We are told to eat better, exercise, keep our stress down, etc. but no real resources to help us navigate through what remains. Thank god for these threads for us to all share what we are doing that is helping us along the way.
Got some insomnia going on again but hope the rest of you are snoozing!

hi ladies....just want to drop in and say "have a great weekend"!!
0 -
hi, I am so tired. Got to work at 6:30am n left at 6 pm now tmw I ll have to do support again starting at 7am
My sister had a few bad days as usual after chemo we know how it is. I translated the article and sent to her. She loved it. Specially cuz the girl says she survived so that gives my sister hope. For back home we never know anyone survived luchemia so the history made it a positive impact on my sister.
Well it's a bit cold, and I must drop my car at the mechanics on my way home due to something been wrong again. This morning I realized that the needle which indicates if the car is warm or cold went all the way to the high point and maybe it's an oil leak no sure.
I call him he said to drop the car around 10am and the truth is that I ll be working so I decided to go now drop it off n then tom pick it up when ever is ready. He may not have the time to fix it tmw he ll just do the oil n look at the problem then tell me when he can do it.
Any way that s my update
How is everyone
Some more exercise n beautiful path for bb.

Enerva - I was having the same car trouble a week ago - the temperature gauge kept going to the highest point (overheating engine). I added coolant / anti-freeze, and now the temperature is okay. I hope there's no leak. I hope your car doesn't have a leak, either.
Sorry to hear that your sister will have to undergo another treatment. I hope it'll be only one more. It seems she's been fighting it for a long time now.
This week I spent a whole day at the courthouse, and there's more drama going on. But I'm handling it all as well as I can.
Some very sad news: This story was in the news - A tattoo artist who did work for breast cancer survivors was murdered. Here's the story:

(Even if we are healthy, we just can never know when our time is up...)
The first day of spring (today) brought us snow and slush here. What a mess. Last week, the weather felt like spring, and today we have winter again. I can't wait for the snow to end.
June, Jazzy, BB, Enerva, Everyone - I hope you all have a warm weekend.
0 -
Happy Spring everyone! Happy solar eclipse too. I read some things that today is supposed to be a time of letting go of the old worn out patterns, etc. and in with the new and better ways of being. Bring it on I say!
Enerva- I hope you can get some rest with all you are doing. Sorry about the car problems too. When that happened to me, the car overheated and I ended up with a cracked block and $1500 later. It also could be the thermostat is shot, had that happen too. I hope it is a minor fix and minor $. I hate car repairs.
Life- sorry to hear about the drama in the courthouse. No doubt your ex and his groovy lawyer. I hope the judge sees through the crap and gives you your due and you can move on with your life. Do your boys ever see their dad? Does he make any effort to have a relationship with them?
June- happy weekend to you too!
Milky- are you doing okay? Are things calming down with your husband and that girl?
BB- I hope you are doing well at the end of this week!
I am getting ready for my trip to the west coast next week. Wishing you all a good weekend.

well worked from 6 to 11:30 am and mechanic said there was a leak and he couldn't get the part so basically I must leave it and he ll repair on Monday. That means I ll have to take a buss to the metro on Monday and commute by metro cuz not easy to get to the train from where I live. Well I am ok I guess it will be a weekend at my place not going anywhere.
Hope everybody is ok I will try those exercises now.
Then I will figure what to cook
Will come back later to check on you ladies

BB- sorry you are having a sad day. Therapy can really dredge up a lot of old pain. I hope the walk with the dog helped. Sometimes a walk and some fresh air can really change everything for me when I am having a bad day.
I am glad you have some new doctors lined up though, ones who you will like and that can help you. I hope the apts go well this week. I hope there is nothing going on in the lymph area. Anything that feels different will scare us. I had something come up there a year or so ago and was told it was just new scar tissue from the sentinel node biopsy. Let us know what you find out?
Enerva- well bummer about the car. Sounds like you will be hanging around home this weekend while the car gets worked on. Will it be warm enough soon to get the bike out?
Hope everyone else is having a decent weekend. Weather is sunny and in the 60s here after several days of rain. Lots of things blooming everywhere.

BB- the only kind I really know about are what are called SEP IRA which are for those who are self employed. Not sure that would help you?
0 -
BB- I believe only traditional. Roth IRAs are I believe a stand alone type of finanical product. SEP IRAs are just different in that they allow you to contribute a lot more because you are not getting any employer contribution like you would if you had an employer 401K or the like. I believe the rules are the same as the regular one, cannot take it out without penalty before 59 1/2, etc. Roth is pre-taxed and I don't have any of those (but should.....)
The best people who know the differences are the accountants, financial planners, and the banks.

Enerva - Sorry about the leak in the car.
Jazzy - Happy Spring to you, too. :-) Yesterday brought us nothing but snow and slush here. This morning I had to scrape ice from my car. By this afternoon, the temperature reached the 50's, and most of the snow and slush was gone.
I had a nice day today at a small event/conference. I ate too much sugar there, though.
The ex does see the kids practically every week - I'll say that much for him. The drama comes in when he twists and turns everything around and lies. Before I met him, when I was very young, I had a boyfriend who was possessive and sometimes physically abusive. When I met my ex later, he seemed so different because he never was physically abusive or possessive. But now I see that he really isn't different from the first guy - it's just more of a mental/emotional control that he exercises. I've been thinking a lot about that lately.
BB - Glad you found an onco you like. I love my onco, who's a BC specialist, but she's in such hot demand that it's difficult for new patients to get an appointment with her. If you want her name, though, just PM me.
Goodnight, all.
