E- I have had one but don't know what it is called. May be from the coleus family so google that and see what you find? They need lost of moisture, don't let it dry out like I let mine do. Again, some of these tropical plants just won't make it here.
Big thunderstorms last night but no more hail. Two hail storms would have put me over the limit. Clouds are clearing and cool out today.
Going to breakfast with a fellow cancer survivor I helped out during her treatment last year.

BB- good to be your own best friend, but connection with others is also something we all need as human beings. Wishing that you find some nice people to hang with.

BB I understand me too sometimes I can't stand me lol like you I usually love to be alone but sometimes I just get up and go somewhere to look around things I can't have or just to walk cuz I feel as if I waist the day when I stay in all day . other times I just want to do just that stay in bed all day . is normal I think we miss what we had a some point and is never really over.
Jazz I found the plant is a wired name ll tell u I'm a bit already forgot it lol but is not from the genus coleus

Good morning friends- another busy week begins. I have vendor visits for my project this week and next and will be on the go, so if you don't see me here as much, you will know why. We are in the big push now to deliver this project.
E- Mosaic plant sounds about right. I never can remember the genus and species of any plant either, but your point about the medication names strikes so true! Your indoor garden will give you much pleasure during the colder months. And it already sounds pretty cold there?
BB- finding the right people is what is most important for you. Or maybe a shelter to cuddle some kittens or puppies could be nice too. The world can feel like an unfriendly place some days, and animals just make us feel better. After a horrific murder of a young girl here this summer, I went over to a friend's house who was fostering a litter of kittens just to play with them. Just being there with those kitties made me feel a whole lot better. There is a lot of stress out there in the world as well as in our own lives.
June- I saw some photos yesterday of an old neighborhood friend's son who ran the marathon. Looks like the weather was perfect for the event!

BB- I doubt they will. Insurance companies don't want to be part of this program. They say too many sick people.
I will share any ideas I have as we go forward.

i am still stunned from this morning. i talked to a few ppl about the election, and every one of them were pretty upset.
i worry about the future, i don't want to go thru what i went thru during the big recession.

Good evening- needing some quiet time here at home tonight. I have had some very busy days with work and two evenings where I have had to do client related things, Monday evening to finish up some work around something and then yesterday was a vendor visit and dinner last night. We were out at that as it became clear Trump was going to win. And although I was with 4 men and one other woman, and pretty sure the men were on the GOP side, it became obvious they were all very worried as they were checking their phones and seeing what was about to happen. That was not an easy dinner to get through and today was not much easier. That being said, I am grateful to be through these last 24 hours.
There is so much in the world we cannot control, and tonight, I will focus on self care, with an evening bath and early bedtime.

June- same to you! I went to a women in tech event this evening and had a good time. Sat with a good friends and reconnected with several others. Felt good to get out and socialize a bit today.

HI I just wanted to share some pictures I drove to see a mine on the weekend it's called Marmora mines bit far like 3 hours away but sometimes I just like to take the road and go explore . it was also enclose but u know know me I know no boundaries lol here it is

ttractions include the Marmora Mine, an abandoned open-pit iron ore mine containing a wealth of minerals, including garnet and pyrite. This location is also a host to a variety of wildlife. The mine itself is filled with several hundred feet of water. The water originates from an underground spring which was exposed during mining operations.
Camping and other outdoor recreational activities such as ATV trail riding, fishing, and hunting are very popular for locals and those on vacation. The Crowe River flows from Crowe Lake, which boasts excellent fishing for bass, muskie, pike, walleye, and a few other types of fish.
Since 1979 Marmora SnoFest has held the annual Marmora Cup (dogsled racing|dog-sled races). A Committee of Council was established in 2005 to provide a more defined structure for the running and organizing of the historical event. A Board of Directors was then formed in 2007. With its hosting and running of sled dog races it makes the Marmora SnoFest, host of the Marmora Cup, the longest running event of its type in Canada.
There are two annual country Jamborees held in Marmora each year: the "Marmora Crowe Valley Lions Club Country Jamboree" at the Marmora Fair Grounds in June, and the "Marmora Country Jamboree" In September on Highway 14 just South of Marmora.
Annual Marmora Area Canoe and Kayak Festival - Marmora and Lake is the host location as chosen by the Kawartha WhiteWater Paddlers. After a thorough river review throughout the province Marmora and Lake was chosen for its many rivers.
Formerly annual festivities of Punk Fest led by Warren Hastings, a.k.a. Spider, were held here for several years before the township put them to an end, because they would not allow medics on site or supply washrooms\fresh water to the party-goers. "Punks" and bands from all over the world traveled to Marmora for the weekend's events.
Former home of The Marmora Lakers Men's Senior AAA Hockey Team. It was recently sold in early 2008.
Home of The Classic Cruisers (Car Show), running every Thursday at 6 pm throughout the summer.
Home of Beautiful Glen Allan Park, a cottage and trailer resort since the early 1900s on the north shore of Crowe Lake.

so I have some updates regarding my physio therapy. I am really excited cuz I am seen some improvements small but improvements so I ll keep going and hope I ll get the internal scars to losen up . I am going now every Thursday morning and working the late shift that day.
Basically the lady just presses on my right breast so hard as if it is a piece of dead meat something I never do cuz I am afraid .it is not fun but I see it is starting to feel a bit better and only did that once .I am also paying attention to what she is doing so I can try to learn and do it myself cuz to be honest it take some effort for me to get to the hospital but I ll keep at it till I feel comfortable to do on my own. also another lady saw me today and she ll focus on getting me a rutine of exercises for me to do. so far so good . hope you guys are doing well .
I am now on the buss going home so tired but need to wash my hair and dry it and then bed

E- that sounds very good that you are getting some help. It is hard after all this to know what to do and how to avoid hurting our bodies. Maybe she can teach you how to do it so you can do it more often and get the relief you so need?

HI jazz yes she is working on a project to teach patients do the massage themselves n hopefully I ll be able to be in that program. not sure but I ll keep an eye on that option.

Good afternoon friends- been super busy with work and a go live in a month (around this time in December, will be tearing my hair out!) That being said, ready to be done and move on. Thank God contracts do end eventually and you move on to the next set of crazies!
The holidays are upon us. I will be laying low next Thursday after having a screening procedure that needs to get done. Will catch up with friends over the course of the weekend after though.
What plans to do others have? Getting together with family and friends or spending quiet time?

Canada is so cold this time of the year. Spent some time in Toronto years ago in the winter, darned cold.

BB- she is still out on FB posting, but I have stayed off there for the most part since the election. Not a fun place anymore, really has not been for awhile so cannot say I miss it. I had a relative in upstate NY personal messaging me there this morning and laying a guilt trip on me about not contacting them about a visit while we were on vacation in NYC. Well, that was predictable and why I never said a word.
Last update from Simplicity on 11/17 said her breasts are healing, but a lot of other challenges continue. I hope they were able to work things out. We loose so much with this stuff, hard to loose even more.

HI happy thanksgiving lol
June I did contact one but I haven't been able to meet her. it's just so crazy busy n trying to finish the courses I am taking at night wich ll end soon. well the plant one which us the one I enjoy lol ends tonight and in a way I am sad but glad I don't need to go to school on Thursdays anymore . now in 2 weeks my wed class ends. I bit worry about the exam but I should manage .then on Dec 16 my Monday class ll end. I ll then take a break from night classes till March
But I have an exam In January so ll try to focus on that, an applying for jobs for January . I don't think I ll find one before 2017
Right now I am at the hospital for my phisio therapy. I had allergies or something this week my eyes very itching n red now feel under the weather so I called in sick after my phisio therapy I ll go to school then hope I feel better tomorrow . my rad side has improve small but way a difference . so that is why I am here I need to do it its the only people who offered me help regarding my breast issue .
