See now I can't get the cute bras at Victoria Secret or even Kohl's for that matter because, although they have the right cup size, they never have the rite other size.  I'm a 38C and they always to only a 34 or 36!  Hate it!

Come on now.   Try being a 36AA.  I used to be a 32 A but with post-chemo weight wear a 36 AA.  Sometimes I settle for a 34 A and use a lingerie extender to make it fit.  Try finding a 36AA!  And almost all of  the A's and AA's are really padded, with underwires.  Yuck.  Will someone tell me why the greater band size, the bigger the cup?  It's so unfair.  Why isn't a A cup on 36" bra the same size as on a 32" bra?  Enough complaining.  There are far, far worse things.

? Are we saying enough complaining to me?

I was feeling sorry for myself.....I even said, "boo-hoo" at the end of my post to show I know I was belly-aching.

I used to be a 38 DD, ladies.

I'm not trying to one-up anyone, here, I was just posting on the mojo thread about how I miss my boobs.

Actually I was telling myself not to complain.  Sorry that you thought otherwise,  One of the joys of this site is that we can come here to complain.

Thank you, dear sushanna!  After posting that ?? I  wondered if I misread your post.  Darned lack of inflection in a posting.....

Sorry to be all jumpy on ya.  Peace!

:D  I AGREE totally with Sushanna on the WHY can't an A or B cup be the same size in 32-34-36?  Makes no sense!  You get a 36A and the cup is so wide!  Or a 34 A and it's too small.  Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa And 36 B...HA!  I think everyone must wear that, b/c I can never find them when I finally do, they quit selling it or change it!  Then there's the whole underwire problem.  Or the padding!  UGH!  Hate bras, and should have just lobbed them both off rather than one, b/c now I'm going without, b/c I refuse to order online and there's nothing local to buy from :(  Hate IT ALL!

When I was buying bras I went for a 42 D or DD.  OK, no problem, right?  It took at least 17 tries, and they were sized from 12 year old boobs to Dolly Parton----and they are are listed as the same size.  Pitiful, but it's always been that way with bras.  Find one you like (or panties) and they will be sure to discontinue it long before you get a chance to buy another one.

OK, ladies, I've been hearing from some who are curious about vibrators, but hesitant/shy about buying one. Some even feel funny going on sex toy websites. So, yes, I DO have a suggestion to help you check out the sensation and see if it sends you anywhere.....your electric toothbrush, of course! Now certainly you want to avoid the actual brush (unless it has a wide, flat back), so just use whatever is vibrating. And remember.....relax and go with the flow (the buzz?) Kiss!

Oh, Marin!  That is a clever idea.  I, of course, just went for it and got the "Big Mac" of all vibrators (as eagerly recommended here).

    Yup, it's a winner!

Yeah, Deb, me too. My own, real live "Big Mac" has taken center stage lately, but the B.O.B. remains always at the ready Wink! But in case you don't catch this over on "Singles," check this interesting little toy out:

How long have you been with your Big Mac, now?  He sounds just fantastic.

ooooooh, it's been nearly 3 1/2 months, but we only kissed for the first 2 months, so we're still getting to know one another. And OMG, it's too incredible. After I "recovered" from the size issue (Embarassed), it's been beyond amazing and pretty much ALL we do. Am I complaining? Um, no. And we really do do other things...like eat every once in awhile. Last weekend, we went out on his boat and his friends had backed out, so we had it to ourselves. So of course you know what we did Undecided. Yes, indeed, we found a very private cove and performed many tricks, both in and out of the water. It was heavenly! Warning about water-sex though...there's even LESS lubrication in water than out of it, so it's best to prepare or forego it. Fortunately, there are other creative ways to enjoy the water sport....a BJ while he lolls on a float, for eg. Surprised Wink Laughing

OMGoodness! Marin, you look SO different in that pic!  Not what I expected... I guess?  Pretty girl! :D

So glad you've been 'having' fun with MR. Big! :D And yes, water play is sadly not conducive to lubrication.

Huh. Thank you, y'all, for your comments on my pic. It's actually a crop of a larger photo taken last week at a dinner party given by one of P's good friends. I was mid-sentence and had glaring red, children-of-the-corn eyes, but I was sick of posting under a pic that was taken a year ago when my hair was short. To stay consistent with the theme of this thread, I'll reveal that the only other photos of me taken recently are of the "private porn" variety and DEFINITELY not material for an avatar or any posting at all for that matter! So I had better get a few "decent" ones and post an even better pic....with my mouth closed Wink!

I'm hesitent myself to post b/c the BAD pics to begin with, but maybe since they are so small, no one could really see me anyway? :D  You look great!  How long ago was your tx, that your hair is so long!  Green here!  I'm fighting with mine, trying to decide whether to just keep it short, or grow it out again.  Was yours curly after chemo?  I'm wondering how long this 'curly/wavy' lasts?

I have curly hair after chemo and it has been almost 5 months and after three haircuts, it is still curly.  My hair dresses said that once all the little hairs grow in (their the ones that are making my hair curly) the curly hair will be gone and I will be back to straight hair.  I hope he is wrong and that it stays with me cause all I have to do is run my finger through it and I'm ready to go.

That's what I was thinking neelie! Are you on any Ai's or tamox?  I'm thinking mine is thinning b/c of that!  I'm NOT happy about that at all, but I surely noticed it thinning!

Hey, I want my MOJO back!!  I usually lurk around this thread, but I gotta talk to somebody!!  My mind is saying YES but my body is saying NO.  I love making love with my husband and although we do have sex occassionally I am lacking my usual vigor and excitement!!  I know it's the chemo (3 more taxol to go!!!  YAY!!)  but then there's radiation  and still herceptin for a year.  Anyone have know about herceptin  and sex?  Anyway I just love and miss my MOJO and hope it comes back.  Just had to vent.Undecided

I love lurking on this thread (at least I can READ about sex- which is still easier than actually having it). Neelie I am about 10 months out from my last chemo (10/6/07) and my hair is still insanely curly- don't know if it will last or not.

wish...In 2 weeks, it will be exactly 3 years since my last chemo. I got my hair cut and shaped every 6 weeks after I ditched my wig (which was 6 months after the last chemo) and kept it pretty short until last summer when I decided to grow it as long as possible. I think that due to the large dose of biotin that I take, my hair grew very fast- like about 7 inches in 14 months. As for the curl, it came in wavy with lots of cowlicks, but not curly. Its now thicker than ever, but straight.

yogi...Can you and your husband try a few different approaches in order for you to find a new way to experience pleasure? I mean something like looking into tantric sex, perhaps? Or maybe you can each pursue training in how to pleasure a partner (non-intercourse ways especially)? Or you can take turns giving one another slow, deliberate lessons and you can ask for things like soft, feathery touches all over or a sensual massage. You all can even try putting together a box of textures to use for touch and include things like feathers, a wad of soft cotton, a piece of silk or satin and one of velvet, a patch of fur. Or make love on a fur coat or rug. I don't know how you feel about blindfolds and cuffs, but lying still and "blind" while someone slowly touches you all over & in unexpected places can be completely mind-blowing! So I guess what I'm suggesting is that while you might not be able to recapture exactly what you had before, at least not until you're further out from BC & tx, you might just explore some alternative avenues to sensual pleasure. Hey, whaddaya have to lose, huh? Kiss

    Hey ladies,

I know we've spoken of the importance of simple cuddling before, but my dh and I did something waaaay beyond that the other night.

During a very hot session, he did something different-very small moves while inside, and holding me very closely.  It was the most intimate time I can remember.  Awesome.

heaven knows I wasn't having too much mojo in the few years before my dx!  I was single and couldn't find anyone, and I was diagnosed with a 15 month old baby.  Everyone knows how little mojo goes on during that time!

Interesting thought, but I am definitely not an example for that theory!
