Whoopsie - have you seen the insertions for the CGM (i'm assuming that's what you were talking about)? They're about the size of a nickle to a quarter - not too obtrusive and if you pop off the radio-transducer they're even less.

Okay, this is JMO but Zestra is very interesting. It 'works' in that it has some sort of stimulating factor, moreso than just any old lubricant. It doesn't 'do anything' but certainly makes you know that you have 'something' down there. It's worth checking out IMO. Again, it doesn't necessarily give you anything but definitely makes you aware that you have something 'down there'! HTH?

Getting back to Mr Big,

Hi ladies, what is Mr. Big? Assuming he's a toy!
I think in this second time around, we just need time. We've been thru a war here. The first time for me, I was terrified, looked like crap, etc., etc., and hubby after 7 monthsor so, just picked me up and took me to bed. And that worked, must have been the cave man approach.
This time is much, much harder, as I am still a work in progress and am dressing around that. I just wish I felt pretty, as since I feel like I don't, I can't get my mojo working. Which is stupid, bec. if we are lucky enough we will all get old and nice and pruney anyway.
I'm going to go get my hair done and see what that does for me.

Mr Big is a massager (not really called a vibrator but can be used as one)
It is the Hitachi Magic Wand Massager. I ordered mine from Amazon and it cost $37.29 and no shipping charge. The box was wrapped in black plastic like it had some bad pics on it or something. HA I did not understand why it was wrapped like that because the only pics on the box was of people using is for therapy!!! Oh Linda....that is awesome news, though I had no doubt whatsoever that it would work for you! Seriously, I cannot imagine anyone with a few sexually responsive nerve endings NOT having an O from it. And its also wonderful that your husband enjoys including it in your lovemaking. Ok ladies, here my situation. I never had much sex drive before breast cancer. I'm 5 mos out from chemo and 4 mos post b-lat mx w/ reconstruction, and the sex drive is starting to come back. While I didn't have much drive before, we had AWESOME sex.
The two times we've done anything since chemo and surgery have been . . . . different. DH says the consistency of my vaginal secretions has changed, not in a good way, so not as pleasurable for him. I was always very orgasmic and am having the big O with oral sex now. But I want it with intercourse! Is that too much to ask? LOL As for me, I feel like a virgin again and I'm hoping that I'll stretch back out with practice. Also, it just doesn't feel the same. It feels like all my insides have sunk to the bottom of my abdomenal cavity and are getting slammed with each thrust.
Please tell me it will just take some time and practice. Or are there particular lubricants I should try? I don't want to hang from the chandelier. I just want it to feel good again, for the both of us.

Okay, I'm new coming over here and hoping for some help for me and my fabulous husband of 18 years. Dry as the desert. We are both sick of this problem. The spontaneity is practically gone because we can't seem to just "go" like we used to. For me, the mental desire is there, but the electricity "down there" is non-existent. I used to enjoy regular O's with oral sex, and was really into "self help" in my younger adult years, but we never made that part of our sex life together. Maybe that needs to change.
Some basic questions:
Will using a vib help me by "reawakening" things? Does this help with dryness, also? Does having an orgasm with a toy help you feel excited spontaneously again, later? Does the horniness come back? That would be AWESOME!
Then there's the problem of pain with penetration. I'm anxious to try some of the lubricants that have been suggested. I've done pretty well with KY liquibeads, but I think the shea butter would have a better consistency. I think I also need to regularly stretch my vagina, like some of the ladies here.
So the big question is, what to buy?? A penetrating vib? Or do I get one of each, a vibrator and a dildo or something to stretch me?
Can you guys please make a specific recommendation as to what type dildo you use for stretching? I think the vibrator could be a fun toy for hubby and I to share, but the dildo would be more of a "medical tool". Does a penetrating vib make for a better experience alone?

Lordy, I am only on Page 8 and my head is spinning with all of the information and all of the items I am going to need to order to try to find mojo. If my DH catches wind of all of this, he will be waiting around for the UPS guy, like a kid in a candy store.
I lost my libido ten years ago with menopause at the age of 48, and I have been going through the motions for him - because I love him, but sometimes it is pure torture. In part though, his libido has remained constant throughout our marriage and we are both the same age [58] and I thought THEIR libidos were supposed to dwindle a little. What's up with that, I ask? I thought... this dryness is for the birds and I am NOT going to accept it at all.... came here..l got products ideas that work for others...

Well Estepp, it is that vaginal dryness issue which is indeed for the birds, as you say. It is like the little shop of horrors down there, isn't it? I do think that it would be nice to find something which really would address this issue.

Okay, so I just ordered the Hitachi Magic Wand from Amazon. There were 103 positive reviews - certainly more than the four-section dog food bowl I ordered from them recently [to keep my dog from snarfing down his food so fast.] Poor guy - he hates that bowl. But I think I'm gonna love my Hitachi.
