Oops that was a double post. Silly cell phone!

Yes, Jazzy and Feline....what happened to the poor Doctor was not funny. Very foolish of them to do what they did. The man was my peep. He described the experience as worse than when he escaped VN. I can't imagine. He suffered a broken nose and lost a tooth. Lost his dignity also if I may add.

We tried flying with them once to Singapore. We thought why not support our own. Never again. No comparison to other airlines that fly there.

    Anyway.......

I saw a comment that Southwest Airline has 3 flights a day to Louisville. Seems to me that either crew or passengers could have been moved to one of their flights. Today's paper said Delta can offer up to 9,000 for voluntary bumping. I would certainly take that if my trip wasn't to a deathbed or funeral.

Loverly- I pray the man on the United flight recovers fully and gets a good settlement. The other airlines are already on top of this and looking to make the changes so that never happens with those carriers. One bad PR issue can forever a damage a company, and some never recover.

I saw someone on Rachel Ray talking about how much money you can demand for voluntary flight bumping. I always thought a few hundred dollar voucher was measly, given the inconvenience. I rarely can offer up my seat as I am meeting people or flying to business meetings. But for 9K? That is a nice vacation or two somewhere? Sign me up!

Wishing you and your family a lovely Easter too friend

Sensi, our kids are the same age.....essentially,. Yay what a good boy to sit so patiently while you took a screen shot. He looks, like a very healthy , trim, 11 y/o and a beauty.!

Talked with Shep, 9;30 pm EST, she sounds great, talking in full sentences and making sense Hahaha. She is still having trouble seeing and can't type. Has a muscle spasm thing she's waiting for a return call on. She sends her love to everyone and is lurking a bit. Just can't see to type. I get that, same thing after my crani. Mess with the brain it makes a difference, or take the glasses off sheesh a blurred screen. Have faith.

BUT truly she sounds better each time I talk to her.

Sassy- thanks for keeping us updated on Shep. I am glad to hear she is getting stronger every day.

Loverly, so glad you went with all to Disneyland. My thing is I want ot go to Harry Potter at Universal. But to cheap. Maybe next Christmas. I'll make it Stephen's Christmas gift to me. Donnie is not a fan, but will watch them when I want to. But the one day ticket is the most expensive of all the parks.

My Greg used to always surprise me with the new HP book. Then I'd be in my electric bed (with vibration). He would feed as needed. I'd read each book in 24 hours. My eye's would water soooo. I'd use eye drops.. Shower and potty were a bother, but necessary. Yet, Greg never read any of the books. He loved the movies.

DH and DD colored these as I was in too much pain from spinal mets and radiation. They did a fabulous job with the eggs. I was, however, able to stuff cheap, plastic eggs with dark chocolate and money...so I fulfilled my Easter contribution. Too bad the hunt will have to take place in doors...it's raining outside.

Hey ladies, I was just about to post the other night when I noticed that I had a missed call from Sassy. I had turned on "Do Not Disturb" setting for my nap and forgot to undo it. So without thinking I just returned her call. As I was waiting for an answer, I realized it was after 11 (12 her time). Oh well, she answered anyway and we had a long talk. Always good.

I will get my teeth impressions first thing tomorrow morning. The oral surgeon, who is friends with my MO, understands that my 20% progression probably means another treatment path, so requested expedited service on getting the dentures made. They will be ready in about one week instead of three or four. I will have to have the surgery at the hospital, same one I had mx at. It occurs to me I'm probably going to be in pain for a while... I lost two more teeth Friday, one lower & one upper. The lower means I now have a 3-tooth gap on the bottom right, and the upper has messed with my bite. Need to get it over with. If you can imagine, the interior of the teeth is exposed, the soft stuff inside, But the teeth themselves don't hurt. Because they're dead? Who knows.

Ok baby pictures. This is one cutie. Thor was born on a thunder storming Thursday (Thor's Day) and he looks just like his dad, right down to the red hair. I think I may have a pic or two.

Was gonna write more but can't keep my eyes open. Oh! Went to church last night. Used my transport chair - it's a huge church. So when we left, he wheeled me out to the portico and went off to get the car. It was taking forever so I was texting with my friend in MO. I took a selfie for her, I think it turned out good. (I'm so tired it took 20 minutes to type this paragraph.)

Best wishes on your new treatment.

    Yes, I did!

    image

This is my third time. Ugh! As I was taking the yuca out of the pot, DD walked by and with a serious face asked " Did you burn water?" I could not help but laughed. Then, as she walked away, she added "Who burns water?" That made me laugh even harder. Glad I was able to save most of the yuca. The only charred pieces are those that touched the bottom of the pot. Good thing yucas are round and not flat. I can still have my breakfast for the next two days.

They are good with sharp cheddar cheese. Poor rich man food.

Queenie, always good to see your post. Yes, that was a joyful " My heart is going to come out of my mouth and I am going to pee in my pants" scream/laughter all the way down the 75 degree drop. Don't know why we are paying people to scare the $&*% out of you?

    Good morning everyone! ☀️

I love the pictures of all of the babies and babes! They grow up to fast.

I hope you all enjoyed your Easter Weekend. I wanted to go to church yesterday but I knew if I did my mom would have been upset as she's not well enough to go with me. There would have been no way I could have gone and not keep it from her as one of our friends from church would have given me away when they visit her.

I had a great weekend with my DH. He picked up a bunch of movies and my favorite wine. We watched movies until my eyes fell out onto my cheeks and I had to stuff them back in or was that fromthe wine?!

I've got a lot to catch up on and I need to chat with our wonderful Sassy as soon as I get my butt up out of this bed and get me some coffee. I'm just waiting for DH to head to work so I can have the house to myself lol

Mags Love the new do. Your skin and you are beautiful. I suggest Zinna for a look for some colored glass frames. They are cheap, cheap, cheap. Red with your skin tone and hair color would look really cute. You just mail your script and they do it all. Now saying that I still haven't bought glasses. still wearing the nose guard. I need titanium and they are more than I want to pay. They're more discount eyeglass folks on the net, but I'm only familiar with Zinna.

Call me about the baby, pretty please. So cute.

Susie, Elena's one year old all ready? So cute.. Babies sure change our moods. Steve and Jamie are trying..........

Loverly, Did what, burned the pot. I'll send Donnie over. He's good with fixing burned pots. "Did you burn water?" Hhahahah she's so funny.. Niece is darling bunny.

Smarrty Evie is darling. Random pasture or is that yours? Evie's hair looks like mine in the morning too. How old is she now?. She was a bit before Elena right?

Mommie, glad you got to be with family yesterday. I do hate the clean up too. Thank goodness for DW's

Wenchie, a movie and wine weekend. Couching it. YAY. Okay I'm up, coffee's made. Call whenever.

Babies all over, even on fb YAY. only thing better would be babies in my own house hahahaha

Wenchie, just saw your Pm now. Got the number in the book. Started a book versus rolledex cards. The ideal would be to alphabetize............

Donnie's working himself into the dog house again. Should the clothes go over or inside the fence? Folded or unfolded?. He's busting his pitutiy on the house stiff, but not taking care of mama.

Stephens in town tomorrow night. Get together with DB&SIL.

Jazzy remember way back when we talked about locking our credit. I did it. Had to unlocked it for 24 hours to get the home equity loan. It was more irritating than it need to be, but I'm glad it's locked.

Can't remember if I talked about getting scammed on Amazon. Chase caught it right a way. I saw it the next day b/cI check everyday. Same company hit me again two days later. Chase caught it again right away and sent a new card.. That card uis the only one I use for online purchases. Small limit 400$ for the very reason of getting hit.

The big story is when I talked with first person denied that they have scammers on Amazon. I asked for a manager. This guy kept refrring to himself as being from "Leadership". He was a drone. He kept repeating that Amazon does not have scammers and I must have left the site. Plus they wiped the purchase off the purchase page. Anyone using the site knows your purchases can go back several years. He LIED.

I then called two days latter after the 2nd hit. I got a third person who told the truth about everything. We talked awhile. One thing was the 1-10-100 rule. I learned it as part of a management training. One person harmed will tell 10 other people. Those ten people each will tell 10 more people. 1-10-100.

I have now posted it here and twice on fb. Way way more than my ten.

KEY info that honest Amazon person told me. Any item that you are considering, scroll down to the lowest protion where it identifies the product. Look for ACIN: number. That's supposed to be a special Amazon number.

It's still confusing to me b/c of the shopping cart and payment page. Plus, they altered that page. Somethingstill very very fishy on that
