We have had street BBQ's but I don't think that would be the same thing as a block party. Mind you I haven;t been to one of those for years either. I think that people are just too wound up in their lifestyles to actually get to know their neighbours now.

Strange you ask that Shiela, I was sitting here just before thinking what to do for dinner tonight. I've got some lamb chops in the freezer so I think I might drag them out and braize them with veg. I did Morocan Chicken and veg last night with choc/orange cupcakes for dessert.

Shiela, the stove is really a wonder! I'm still getting used to the fan forced thing as I've never used it before but it's a real pleasure to use and so easy to clean!
