Barbara,
Thank you for letting us know how Marybe felt about cut flowers. It's important to remember her and I will be donating to this site as well. The garden is beautiful.

Donation to BCO done, in memory of Marybe.
A year ago we met up in Shell Knob, a month ago I got a package of cookies from her.
What a classy person. Gonna miss her in this life.

I'm happy to donate to the BCO in Marybe's name.
I'm so sad she's gone--our world's a little darker, now. Heaven has a new Angel. (And, I hate cancer).

Another donation done. I'd be willing to bet BCO has never seen an outpouring like this. I know I sure haven't in the 7 yrs I've been part of BCO. I ache with this loss, but I'm so blown away, once again, at how we support, love, comfort and stand by each other. Just awesome

Thank you all, Lee, BarbaraA, 3jays, and the others who have been blessed to have met and known Marybe. I did not have that pleasure, but she was a ROCK for me and help me immessurably on BCO and I will miss her terribly, horribly.
To her family....I have no words...may her memories put a smile in your heart each and every day for eternity.
I was ready to do the sea of 'pink' flowers for her...but I will honor her wishes and donate to BCO in her honor. She was just tooo special for words to me.
Lee, BarbA, 3jays, and anyone else. Can one of you please start a memorial for her on the Wall of Angels. Same forum as List of Angels? I would love to see the above garden pics, the cookies, and any other pics of Marybe AND her friends/family. I would like to visit her there now and well into the future. Please? I kno there are others all over the bco that would love to see these pictures in one place. Also...if for only her survivors....I would be for the sea of 'pink' for her memorial later on...but will respect the advice of you Barb and you Lee and 3jays....you let me know. ((((to all of you))))
Thank you moderators for the link and...well...jes for being here for all of us!
Love, Prayers, & Positive Healing Energy to All!

Farewell MaryBe and deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. We visited the oncologist today and I mentioned how we had just lost one heck of a long term survivor. He mentioned that 20 years ago a Stage IV breast cancer patient was not given more than 6 months. That has all changed with all of the advances and it is people like MaryBe (over 14 years of being Stage IV I believe) who have shown this thing will continue to be given a real run for its money until we finally beat it.
Rest in Peace MaryBe.

I am so very sorry to hear about Marybe...she was such an inspiration to us all. She was one of the first people I spoke to when I first joined this site and she was so helpful. Prayer to her family and may she rest with the angels.

Marybe was a dear, dear friend to me here in Cincinnati and I just learned she passed on. I am still trying to find the link that says this clearly. if anyone knows where it is, will you please send me a message at (Edited by Mods to remove member's personal email address).
I am heartbroken. Here, I went NED - & beloved Marybe died. Life is not fair at all, that's for sure.
