Chrisrenee= Christy (not very originial but i've always been called Chrisrenee as a nickname)

cowpower- Congrats! The worry of having to do repeat mammos would scare the hell out of me, that's why i did the BMX.

Liefie's DH- Happy birthday and you rock for taking such great care of your amazing wife!

Scorchy and Scottie- I will have to continue calling each of you by your screen names as well. Smile

Juneau- again going to have to call you by your screen name. Please be careful going home tonight. Let us know when you get home.

My sister who is in basic training for the Army sent me a letter the other day and had to laugh because every other word out of her mouth was Fuck! I giggled because she would fit in with our F bomb group here. lol I had to work with a Fucking moron today and I wanted to slap the shit out of her. Boy do I wish I could have a drink, that would be great.

chrisrenee:  laughed at your post - yes without a doubt she would fit in... hope she never has to though.    Surely one wee little drink wont hurt.  Scottie is snowed in so will never know Wink

Tazzy- i still get a little nauseous with drinking. So i will stick with eating mexican food tonight. Question regarding your diagnosis, if you don't mind me asking. You have your stage as lllb. Are you stage 3? and if so what does the B mean?

Tazzy- ok that makes sense. i've seen the B's on different peoples profile but never wanted to ask out of feeling stupid. You would think that with all the info i've read i would know more info.

Scottie- when you build your snowman put a bra on it and take a picture! But don't get buried in the snow, that shit's cold!

Great idea Scorchy mine is Iatigger = Aimee.

    Chrisrenee, love that first one.

Paranoia has run rampant with me this week as I felt a lump on my cancer side that has a tissue expander in.  So far nothing conclusive but they think it is a fold in the expander?? I sure hope they are right. Hopefully my PS can confirm in a couple weeks but so far none of the docs seem too concerned since it isn't near where the original tumor was. One positive out of it was I got to see the cute young surgeon again. :)

    Ramols -- Rachel

Can't keep up today... Work, rads, herceptin, snow and early dismissal for the nanny so she could get home safe. Snow coming down fast and furious! Ready for bed!

Chrisrenee - thanks for the happy!

    Love and hugs to all

I bet no one on this board will have the same name as me! Lol

I keep up and read a lot but post sparingly because I don't have the established relationship that you ladies already have. I enjoy being here though because of the support, advice, and comraderie (sp?)

Tazzy, I love the happy dance! Thank You. I am having a glass of wine, or maybe two tonight. I hope Scottie is distracted and doesnt notice. I will try hiding it behind my knitting bag.

Chrisrenee, I hear ya on the bmx thing, and I was really close to doing it because my "good" breast had areas of concern after mri. After a biopsy or two, it came out clean, so I decided against bmx so I would have less possibility of complications that would hold up the chemo. I only have regretted my decision right before the mammo today, lol.

Scorchy, glad you are hunkered down. My son got out on the last train north today after his first trip to the city alone- I felt like Andy Griffith sending Opie to the big city, but he made it home in one piece.

LaKorcha.... where's that name from - quite exquisite.   Please, jump in and post, really, that is the only way we have all formed our friendships and camaraderie.  The more the merrier in our books.

Iatigger:  one of my most fav names... Aimee (Amy) that and Emily.    Any reason to see the the cute doc eh? Wink

Challenge is on Scottie.... otherwise Joanne up to you.  Just like this:

Thanks Tazzy...funny story but true: My mom said that she was watching "The prce is right" and there was a couch/sofa company by the name of Corsha (actually not sure of the spelling) and she added the "La" and changed the spelling. Not a very fancy story but I do love the originality... and I do try to and will continue to chime in with everyone when I can.

Everyone, thanks for adding your screen names and real names.  It will actually be a nice list of everyone on the 2012 Sisters/2013 Survivors boards.

I went to the pain management doc (who I swear is 12) and had another nerve block for my lower back today.  Man, I never thought I'd look forward to getting needles in my lower back.  But it's amazing.  The first night there is so inflammation and discomfort.  But it's awesome.   Between the last block and the cumulative effect of the meds, I haven't had to take Oxycodone for well over two weeks now.  And that is so awesome.  If anyone is having pain issues of any kind and you're not getting anywhere--get thee to a pain management service.  Changed my life.  No hyperbole.

    Okay, back to the blizzard.

Scottie - Oh, to heck with the bra; find some traffic cones and pack them with snow, then empty them out and stick them on your snow woman for some fabulous Madonna foobs!!!!
